Some steps I use to teach these words are described below:
Make cardboad slips with one word each. If you have 15 students, for example, make 5 slips per each group (both, either, neither, but, too).
1.Collect information about your students (favorite color, kind of music, sport, actor, TV show, hometown, etc.)
2.Write sentences comparing two students on the board, using the information collected, but leave a gap for them to complete.

Camila likes Kesha and Bia does _______.
__________ Alessandra and Bianca like reading.
Adriane doesn't like juice and Carlos doesn't ________.

3.Have students stick their slips on the board to complete the sentences.
4.Finally, correct their answers and explain the use of the words above. Elicit possible explanations.
5.Help them make more sentences with these words and help them when necessary.
